I do not know how true this information is as regards to the Native populace of North America, also the fact that states have been drawn in borders is a bit dumb for a map of origins, but it is an outline of where the modern native tribes may have come from.

Chaibudesh mate..
I spent AGES trying to find the author / cartographer of your map..
google / google images can be f###ing useless sometimes.. no matter how I worded it.. neither search engine even came close to the sort of answer I was looking for.. I mean.. surely "how to find the author of a map?" "how to find the cartographer of this map" and many other similar phrases..would yield something sensible..?
Not a single relevant answer.. bloody useless..
Do you know who drew it?

More maps then. This one more from the realm of imagination, but still... Look at the various names used.
