Saying hi in this test thread.
Greetings Uncle Bob.
Attempting to post a pic from my tablet:

Didn't work. All images are too large. Couldn't figure out how to adjust their size on tablet. So I'll try that later when I get on computer.

:D :) :| :ugeek:   :geek:

Grateful for the effort and time that has been put in to creating this new forum for us. Not only because it gives us a place to wonder out loud, but it also allows us to support Sylvie and whatever ways we are capable at any given time.

If this isn't nice I don't know what is.

That is my daily mantra I have borrowed from Kurt Vonnegut. I like to always enjoy my surroundings at any given moment and exclaim, when applicable, my aforementioned, motto actually.
I have put a lot of effort into dwelling on positive things in my life and to not go borrowing trouble. That is if I do find myself thinking too much, about stuff I'd rather not be thinking about.

Oh wait this is for Casual Conversation, not free therapy.

I do have a question. Do you think our past posts that 'didn't make it' through the transition are salvageable? Or should we try and repost our stuff?

Hi Tone. You can't send me a PM? Why not? It should be working. Just click "Compose..." and then write "admin" as receiver. Oh, maybe you have to make a few more posts before pm. Not sure.

Yes. I think Sylvie should have a link to the forum on Megaliths.org. I agree.

tika

I know you put a lot of work into your many posts on the old forum, with all those graphics. The posts are still there. Here: https://www.tapatalk.com/groups/neweart ... 9&sr=posts

Nice if you can move them yourself. Or the best ones. I have already moved a lot of stuff from the old forum, but *everything* is too much for me. :|

tika (+ others)

When moving stuff from old forum copying text is easy. But take care with copying the links; make sure you get the whole actual link. And then you can either upload the pics to tinypic.com or to here: https://kek.gg,
or you can Attach - just make sure they aren't super big. There's a limit it seems.

I've already made some relevant (empty) topics in "Discuss New Earth Videos" that can be used. But you may also make new ones if needed.

Go to topic "Tartaria" in the NewEarth videos thread. And send me a PM if you can't figure out how to post a pic or have other questions. Or ask me here in this thread I just moved this post to. / admin

This post may not be in the appropriate Topic.
If anybody is upset, too bad, so sad.
I suggest the topic "The Death of Tartaria".

I don't like the look of (img)(/img) so will attempt to attach an image.
map5-tartaria.jpg
Can anyone find a date for this?

Translated I hope!

Now I'm beginning to understand Sylvie's "Things were much different only 200 years ago".

Please don't fill up topics like "The Megalith so-and-so" with endless chit-chat about how hard it is to post a pic or how you feel about the weather or what you had for dinner last Wednesday. Eventually that may totally ruin a good thread. Try to imagine you're at University and are actually doing some kind of serious work that has a meaning. Respect the topic of the thread.

Post your questions here or send me a PM. Or send someone else a PM.

- I just merged "For Admin..." with this one. This thread can basically be used for any need.

Grateful for your hard work mate..
I, for one will be glad to see the back of some of my posts.. :D

I think it will be a slow start here at first, which must be a relief..
but somewhere down the line.. you're gonna be saying.. "please.. no more members..!" :D

I think the old forum basically can be deleted. As soon as the Indonesia guy has saved his stuff. He made very elaborate topics/posts with lots of photos he had taken himself. When that has been saved/taken care of I see no reason not to delete the (old) forum. /Bob

Welcome to the forum, Rich!

Please: When you make a new topic, or even just a post, try to put some effort into it!
Not scolding you, just saying. And: Before making new topics - please try to use those that already are in existence. IF you make a new topic - make sure to give it a good title (preferably without question marks, exclamation points, smileys, all small/big letters, etc.) + have it in the right category.

Here in Casual Conversation you can talk about anything you like, btw. And without any rules other than Sylvie's main rules that you see in Announcements.

hi!-the link was broken? It refers to missing persons hiking Glastenbury Mountain AKA the Bennington Triangle.

Speculation is that weary hikers rested on top of a silicon lifeform boulder overdue for a feeding. Missing 411 re: Paulides?

Like a Venus Flytrap it opened, absorbing the victim, then closing up.

Sylvie in my opinion is brilliant, almost a Goddess.

Re: The St.Petersburg mysterious architects and megaliths.

Unless there is a secret repository of classical era statutes, etc. that survived all the wars, and

available for the "connected", there is no logical explanation for this overnight "Coral Castle"

magic.

Except for friendly angels who like to express their creative side?

These are friendly mammalian humanoids opposed to the Archons/ReptoSaurians?

BTW,some Peruvian mummy x-rays show snake-type spines and internal eggs?

The only other possible explanation to me is a CERN time-like alternate universe in which "Rome Never Fell" and all this stuff was switched to our universe for St.Pete?

BTW, I have some so much to say but just an elderly hunt and peck typist.

Because of this, cannot provide complete explanations for everything for now and assume the

readers are cognoscenti or else they must do a Google to explore furnished links or leads.

Have only recently been exposed to the unique Megalith.org viewpoint!

Have been interested in these Fortean topics most of my life.

Past studied researchers have been David Hatcher Childress, Graham Hancock, and many

others!

Hi Bob and others,

Had to enter this site sideways.

Nothing usual works-suspect troll work by lurkers?

Finally, have friends involved in NEARA.

However, our local megaliths are modest compared to other

BTW, the books by Walter Bosley such as his series on the ritual sacrifice

California Workings to Hecate (Satan just a minor god?) Start off with "Empire of the Wheel".

I think she's suspicious. If you browse through her books you find lots of big words, but nothing really practical that you can use. And about 99% of her writings is simply repetition/quotes from other people.

I like G.I. Gurdjieff and Nicholas Roerich much better from that era. Or more or less same era.
All three:

Left to right: H.P. Blavatsky, G.I. Gurdjieff, Nicholas Roerich.

----------------------

"Repetition" isn't all bad though. On the contrary it's quite necessary + unavoidable. And the Theosophists do have some good things, no matter if they discovered/invented these good things themselves or got it from somebody else.

Recommended book: In Search of the Miraculous, by P.D. Ouspensky - student of Gurdjieff. This book is so much more practical that Blavatsky's "Secret Doctrine." And it's exciting to read too.

And I also recommend Nicholas Roerich's many travel diaries. They are wonderful. His paintings too.

Fun fact: The Theosophists held a World Peace Conference on the Swedish island of Visingsö in 1913. Next year World War One broke out.
